Forteza, Case 2

Clinical history :
55-year-old female who was treated in 1992 with chemotherapy for "malignant histiocytosis." At that time the patient had fever, leukopenia and splenomegaly, and the diagnosis was based on marrow findings. After the treatment, the patient remained asymptomatic until now (9 years), when she presented marked enlargement of cervical, axillary and inguinal lymph nodes (submitted HE from axillary lymph node biopsy).
