Kazakov, Case 1

Clinical history :
A 73-year-old male with a recurrent tumor on the scalp. A tumor in the same site was removed six years earlier and interpreted as metastatic malignant carcinoid, however, subsequent clinical investigation revealed no internal malignancy.
