Wakely, Case 1

Clinical history :
A 66 year old man presented with slight difficulty swallowing. Endoscopy revealed a fullness in the posterior pharynx, and CT scan confirmed the presence of a mass in this region. Fine needle aspiration biopsy was performed, and the mass subsequently resected.
