Ben-Dor, Case 2

Clinical history :
An 81 year old male presented with severe gastric bleeding. At surgery the surgeons were impressed by a well defined mass protruding on the exterior surface. A band of stomach wall containing the mass was resected and sent with the proposed diagnosis of stromal tumor.
