Forteza, Case 1

Clinical history :
A 79-year-old male patient with a mass in anterior mediastinum. The biopsy was made at another hospital and a lymphoma was diagnosed. It does not respond to chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Another biopsy is made through mediastinoscopy in our hospital.
