Clinical history :
Male, aged 65, admitted to hospital in the Otorhinolaryngology Service in order to study bilateral cervical adenopathies, esophagodynia, fever and general syndrome of 1 month evolution. The chest X-rays showed mediastinal broadening and lung disease with multiple nodules. Complementary tests show leucocytosis with 90% of polymorphonuclear neutrophils and 32 segmented, as well as LDH of 687. A biopsy of palatine tonsil is made (slide). The patient deteriorates and dies 7 days later and an autopsy is performed.
