Clinical history :
A 60-year-old patient was admitted to emergency department because of the external bleeding from a necrotic tumor in the right breast. She reported to have had a lump in the same breast 8 years previously that had spontaneously disappeared and reappeared 8 months before the current admission, grew rapidly and recently exulcerated. On X-ray of the chest, multiple pulmonary metastases were seen.A simple mastectomy with partial resection of pectoralis muscle and lower axillary dissection was performed.
