Lamovec, Case 2

Clinical history :
The patient is a 73-year-old woman who was found to have a large left kidney tumor on ultrasound examination. She had a follicular carcinoma of the thyroid resected 6 years previously. On operation, left kidney and the tumor on its upper pole were resected. In addition, a polypoid lesion in the stomach antrum was also excised.
