Clinical history :
The patient is a 31-year-old woman who sought the medical attention because of a tumor on the dorsum of the left foot that had been slowly growing for 3 years. Tumor was covered by intact skin and measured 4 x 3.5 x 2 cm; it was not clearly circumscribed.
