Clinical history :
A 50-year-old woman presented with a palpable asymptomatic nodule in the subcutis of the right breast region that she had been aware of for 3 years. The tumor was well circumscribed, 4 x 3 x 2,5 cm. Clinical investigation revealed no further tumor in the breast parenchyma itself. One year after surgical removal of the lesion, the patient remained disease-free.
