Clinical history :
A 19 year-old young woman consulted her physician for gradual decrease in excersice tolerance. The patient is in good health and is a competitive swimmer. No other pertinent clinical history is presented. Chest radiographic examination was interpreted as diffuse bilateral pulmonary infiltrates. Excision biopsy was performed.
